I continue to create a collection of ‘Minis’, these are all small scale works she uses to play with material, methods and ideas.

The ‘Minis’ are unique, often utilising my ever growing collection of scrap fabric. The pieces are a variety of hand and machine sewn patchwork, often with hand sewn embellishment. These artworks push me to break from the typical structures I use within her work, and allows space to make mistakes and realise ideas.

The ‘Minis’ take inspiration from geometric forms, traditional quilt block patterns, and whatever is on my mind at the time of making.
